The Defeat of Night by Sunrise

There was never a night or a problem that could defeat sunrise or hope. –Bern Williams
Hope is an emotional belief in the possibility of positive outcomes related to events and circumstances within one’s personal life. Hope implies a certain amount of perseverance i.e., believing that something is possible even when there is some evidence to the contrary.
How many times have I gone to bed burdened with worries, and believing they could never be solved. Despite all the misgivings and worry, the world didn’t end, and the sun came up the next day. Bern Williams also said, “Sooner or later we all quote our mothers.” My Mom would have never said it quite as eloquently, but she got the message through nonetheless.
