Christmas Past

I’m back in Tampa after a few days up in North Carolina. I actually went ahead and drove back Tuesday. The drive back took a bit longer as traffic was rather heavy, and I got slowed down a lot.

Naturally we took pictures, and you can click on the thumbnail here to see them all. They are the usual rogues gallery of family photos. Nana and the grandchildren

Lay was up and packed, then decided to stay here. He would have been bored, as Mom and I didn’t do very much over the two days I was in Kings Mountain. Church Christmas Eve morning, Candlelight Service that evening after dinner with Robin and Don’s son and his wife. Monday was pretty icky weather-wise. It was cold and rainy, and we stayed in (not like there’s much to do on Christmas Day anyway). Everyone came over for dinner that evening.

Since I’ve been back, I have been trying to take it easy. I did have to put in some time related to work, but I’ve kept that to a minimum. I’ve mostly been cleaning the house, and today I’ve got to mow the lawn.

As you know I am being executed today, but I have enjoyed your blog. It was very insightful into American life of a persn. Some of the military people who were from Florida also read the blog and we all enjoyed. It is unfortunate that I won’t be writing further as my execution by the Bush Empire is eminent. Best of Luck – Saddam
