Clean Team Supervisor Charged With Littering

Based on a report on TBO.com, Harry Blivins, at 37, is an industrious guy. Harry is a supervisor with Tampa Downtown Partnership’s Clean team. This is Tampa initiative to keep the downtown clean. Harry also has a lawn service he operates on the side. Unfortunately, he got a little over-ambitious.

I guess in trying to keep downtown Tampa clean, he’s been hauling and dumping various household items and yard waste on various streets in a Gibsonton subdivision since September. So now Harry’s been charged with three counts of felony littering. Oops!
