Read moreAt 1pm, I still had heard nothing from FTD about the delivery of Lay’s flowers. I called their 800 number again, and just had it on the speaker phone on the desk while I continued to work. Two hours later….At least I wasn’t hearing other conversations this time.
Read moreIt seems that FTD has a problem with their 800 order number (800-Send-FTD). After being on hold for a while, you are allowed to listen in to other callers talking with FTD Customer Service Representatives and placing orders. This means hearing the sentiments, addresses, phone numbers and Credit Card numbers.

Read moreI get things similar in email from time to time, but finally decided to post one. There are actually some things that could spark some serious thought here. If we know we can do better at protecting kids, shouldn’t we? But at the same time, are we really over-protective, hence stiffling their growth, imagination and social development? What do you think?
