Florida Highway Patrolman Doesn't Have A Quota Just 200 Extra Tickets
We’ve got a Florida Highway Patrol trooper who has been arrested for writing over 200 bogus tickets (so far), and the only statement from the Highway Patrol is that troopers don’t have quotas. I’m wondering how many of you believe that?
