Rick Wiles Tries to Out-Crazy Lance Wallnau

As I posted Yesterday, “Pastor” Lance Wallnau was saying Trump should, like other dictators, be able to kill his opponents. Well, I guess “Pastor” Rike Wiles didn’t like Wallnau getting all the attention, so he’s now claiming that Democrats will “slaughter” tens of thousands of Christians if they win the midterm elections.

For those who don’t know him, he does have a following. Wiles is an American far-right radio host. He is best known for hosting TruNews, a daily, nationally syndicated television program, where he promotes various conspiracy theories and beliefs. He is a consistent critic of progressivism which he pairs with a fundamentalist Christian outlook on various issues. Wiles previously worked as a marketing manager for various cable media channels. After working for various broadcasting networks, he founded TruNews and became its host in 1998 which is currently based in Vero Beach, Florida. (We don’t call it Floriduh for nothing.)

Wiles took his get out the vote campaign to a whole new level on his TruNews show when he claimed:

“They hate God. These people are against God. Every nation that has been taken over by Marxist-communists, they immediately kill the pastors. They immediately kill Christians. They immediately burn the churches. Why? Because the cross is their enemy. Their enemy is not the Republican Party. Their enemy isn’t corporations. Their enemy is the church.”

“They’re coming against the church and I’ve been warning people for years and years and years – you better get ready, you better be prepared, if these people ever get power, they’re going to slaughter tens of thousands of pastors, tens of thousands of Christians. They will spill blood in America. That is their purpose. That is their objective.”

Just once I’d love to hear one of these goobers say…“You know what, you should vote Republican we’ll offer you affordable healthcare, great public schools, a living wage, and a social safety net when things go bad for you. That’s why you should vote Republican.” Of course, we know they can’t, as Republicans, say those things, so they, like their Dear Leader, resort to fear-mongering and preaching hate of “the other.”

People like these guys make me ashamed to be a Christian.
